Eu bem que devia estar a fazer o projecto, mas para descansar um bocadito fui até à janela e é que reparei que hoje era eclipse da lua, por isso fica esta foto. :P

Abertura Jogos Olímpicos 2008 Pequim (Beijing Olympics 2008 Opening ceremony countdown)

Aqui fica um excerto da abertura dos Jogos Olímpicos 2008 em Pequim, neste clip é a contagem decrescente com cerca de 2000 figurantes a tocar tambores. Muito fixe.

Tartarugas - Apalone spinifera

É verdade, eu tenho duas tartarugas. Foram-me oferecidas nos meus anos. Não achava nada de especial em ter tartarugas, mas agora até as curto, e a especie que tenho é mesmo engraçada. :P
Chamam-se Tita e Bob, atenção que não fui eu que dei os nomes! :D
E aqui vai uma introdução sobre elas: são da espécie Apalone spinifera (foto) e são de carapaça mole. Podem viver até aos 50 anos e atingir 50 cm se não morrerem entretanto pode ser que tenha sorte.
Assim à primeira vista até parecem feias mas ao vivo são mesmo engraçadas. Têm um longo pescoço e gostam de estar enterradas na areia só com a cabecita de fora. Encontrei montes de informação neste forum sobre comida, habitat e cuidados a ter.
E ficam aqui umas fotos delas que são muito timidas. :D
Tiro mais algumas quando as apanhar desprevenidas. Carreguem na foto para ver maior.

Brandi Carlile - "The Story" & "Have You Ever?"

Já conheço a musica desta menina (Brandi Carlile) à uns tempos. Mas voltei a ouvi-la num anuncio da TMN acho eu. E pronto voltei a ouvir, enquanto se estuda TC, é muito bom porque prefiro estar a ouvir que a estudar.
Deixo aqui o primeiro single do ultimo álbum que também é a musica da publicidade, e ao que parece também pertence à banda sonora da série Grey's Anatomy que não acho nada de especial. Eu prefiro a musica do segundo vídeo, os gostos não podem ser todos iguais. :)
